Silver Spring Swings is a program of the Silver Spring Urban District.
The Silver Spring Urban District proudly presents this Summer Concert Series. Other Urban District services include our Clean and Safe Crew “goodwill ambassadors,” the free VanGo shopper shuttle, the Silver Spring Farmers Market, the Silver Spring Jazz Festival, MagicalMontgomery Cultural Fair, the Montgomery County Thanksgiving Parade, and colorful banners, flowers, holiday decorations, and a more beautiful Downtown Silver Spring.
