Elikeh uses elements of Togolese rhythms as a foundation for exploration into American-influenced blues, funk and rock to produce captivating and danceable Afropop tunes. Although based in indigenous traditions, Elikeh’s music has no borders instead exploring global themes.
The group’s leader, Massama Dogo, was born in Togo and developed his singing and songwriting ability performing with several local bands. He also acted as musical director of the University Orchestra in Togo.

Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha…Sol y Rumba plays it all. Their latin music features classic songs from Carlos Vives, Joe Arroyo, Celia Cruz and Juan Luis Guerra.
Sol y Rumba began in 1993 by founder Maria Isolina. María Isolina started her career with humble beginnings, singing in small coffee shops in the D.C. area to later becoming a multi-award winning and critically acclaimed Honduran singer-songwriter.

Hailing from Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland and D.C., the band plays with a heart full of blues, and a mind on the song.
