Join the Virtual Community Conversation on the County’s FY27 Capital Budget

If you haven’t yet attended one of Montgomery County’s Community Conversations, there’s still time to get involved—virtually. County Executive Marc Elrich is hosting a virtual-only Community Conversation on Tuesday, May 6, from 7–8:30 p.m. as part of a six-part series designed to gather community input on the Fiscal Year 2027 Capital Improvements Program (CIP) budget.

This is your opportunity to share ideas and feedback on major County investments—such as schools, libraries, parks, transportation, public safety facilities, and affordable housing. Following the County Executive’s presentation, attendees will join breakout sessions with County departments to dive deeper into specific topics.

You can tune in and participate via ONLINE, or watch live on County Cable Montgomery (Comcast 6/996 HD, RCN 6/1056 HD, Verizon 30), the County’s [Facebook page], or [YouTube channel].

Sign language and other accessibility services will be provided with advance request. To request accommodations, contact Mark Roper at 240-962-1743 or mark.roper@montgomerycountymd.gov. Maryland Relay users can dial 711.
