The award-winning, nine-story project is the first Class-A office building to open as part of the community redevelopment, and serves as the headquarters for the American Nurses Association, the primary tenant, and includes street-level retail and two levels of structured parking. Tenants also include WorldSpace, Bank of America, Office Depot, Storehouse Furniture, and Red Rock Canyon Grill. An elegant first-floor lobby incorporates natural stone and wood finishes. The building features advanced HVAC systems and expansive, flexible floorplates.
