October is Hispanic Heritage Month and what better way to celebrate the rich Latino culture and heritage than through music, dance and delicious food and drinks, at the The Bachata - Salsa Festival. This event is a high-energy celebration of the Latin culture through the heart felt, upbeat, rhythms of Bachata, Salsa and Merengue. The event will take place in the Washington, DC area, in Downtown Silver Spring, at the Veterans Plaza.
