The Silver Spring (MD) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated will host the Black Family Wellness Expo on Saturday, March 28, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Silver Spring Civic Center.
This free community event is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend.
The event will feature free health screenings, wellness education, and resources designed to help individuals and families live healthier lives. Attendees can receive blood pressure checks and learn more about heart health, breast and prostate cancer awareness, dental care, and mental health. The expo will also include community resources, health tips, giveaways, free food, and family-friendly activities for all ages.
