This year--more than ever--we deserve an evening of refreshments, music, merriment and fellowship as we honor our renter activists, community leaders and elected officials who work to advance renters' rights. Join us in downtown Silver Spring Friday, December 6, from 6-8 p.m. along with your favorite elected officials, friends and neighbors as we celebrate our work, honor our champions and build community.

This year our Special Honoree is Maryland Secretary of Housing Jake Day, whose leadership helped establish the first state Office of Tenant Affairs.

Donations are welcome. Tickets range from $25-99. Couples are discounted at $175. And we have FREE tickets for invited Special Guests and low income renters. See you there!
