Help empower youth voices and civic engagement at "The Art of Democracy," The Civic Circle's seventh anniversary celebration on October 23 from 6-8 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Center! We'll have uplifting remarks by Kyle Lierman, CEO of Civic Nation, live music, refreshments, live and silent auctions, and civic arts activities. We'll also present our "Art of Service" award to Lisa Martin, Executive Director of the Silver Spring Town Center.
