This year’s theme, “The Role of Social Connections in Helping Older Adults Age Well and Live Longer,” will explore how community connections support healthy aging, independence, and overall well-being. The event will feature expert presentations, interactive discussions, and resources focused on helping older adults stay connected and thrive. Advance registration is encouraged.
