The free, drop-in event offers a relaxed, community-oriented space to decompress during the winter season. Participants of all ages are welcome to enjoy holiday card-making, therapeutic art activities led by CREATE’s Senior Art Therapist, a brief guided meditation session, hot cocoa, and a winter-themed photo-op. The event is designed to provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for individuals, families and friends looking to make art, connect and relieve stress as the holidays approach.
