Prospective first-time homebuyers and aspiring real estate investors, this seminar is for you!
The first half of this seminar will provide first-time home buyers with the vital information they need to transition from renting to buying. Oluchi Osueke, a licensed realtor in Washington DC and Maryland with Keller Williams Capital Properties, will explain the home-buying process. A licensed mortgage lender will deliver information on financing, down-payment assistance programs, and credit requirements in a judgment-free setting. The second half will focus on real estate investing for aspiring investors. It will start with an overview of several real estate investment strategies and feature an experienced investor sharing her insights on house flipping and long-term rental strategies.
