Motorkat is pleased to announce the creation of a new tasting dinner series debuting this
autumn: Passport Series, with the first installment titled “Tales From Chiba”. Join us for a special four-course tasting dinner, where each dish is thoughtfully paired with premium sake, taking place on one night only, Saturday October 25. The Motorkat team, including Executive Chef Danny Wells and Wine Director Marshall McGlone, have worked together to create a tasting experience that will be both exploratory and educational, designed to deepen the appreciation of sake and highlight the way it elevates each course.
Including sake from legendary producers/brewers such as Terada Honke paired with Sake-Marinated King Salmon Belly Tataki, and Mukai Shuzo with Wood-Grilled Iberico Pork, this dinner will ensure that whether you’re new to sake or a seasoned enthusiast, you’ll leave with a greater understanding of how to taste, enjoy, and pair this remarkable beverage.

About the Passport Series: This intimate, curated dinner series features food and drink pairings designed to be exploratory and educational and is inspired by Motorkat’s muse. Just as she fed her curiosity by riding on her owner’s motorcycle, we feed ours by travel and exploring the food and drink of other cultures. This series will expand our horizons, pairing unique beverages with interpretations from our kitchen. Our muse taught us to always “live fast” and we continue that heritage today.
