Join us for an afternoon of exquisite music and storytelling about the fascinating women writing music in 17th-century Italian convents. Across the 17th century, convents provided a haven for women to write music for their fellow sisters to sing during daily prayer services. Many of these women achieved such tremendous notoriety in their respective cities that they were eventually sanctioned by religious authorities!

Tickets will be sold at the door. General admission is $35, and student tickets are $10.
*Special rates for St. Bernadette’s parishioners are available.*

Don’t miss your chance to hear music that has rarely been performed since the 17th century and to learn about the women responsible for first bringing it to life!
