A Perfect Pairing: J.Hollinger’s in downtown Silver Spring hosts woman-owned organic Spanish winery, Bodegas Tempore, for a 5-course wine pairing dinner
J.Hollinger’s Waterman’s Chophouse has opened seats for its first wine pairing dinner. The Silver Spring spot, known for its chophouse classics, fresh and local seafood, and hyper-seasonal local produce, is co-hosting a 5-course Spanish wine pairing dinner with winemaker Paula Yago Aznar of Bodega Tempore Vineyard, an award-winning woman-owned and family run organic winery, located in the Aragon wine region of Spain.
