The aim of the event, is to bring together thought leaders, practitioners, and community members for the historic launch . Through respectful dialogue and authentic engagement, we will explore why E(3)J are the key building blocks for ALL organizations and communities.
The three-hour event will feature:
An introduction to the Virtue Model by Dr. Grace Virtue. The model is here: https://www.virtuemodel.com
A panel discussion with leaders from diverse fields, exploring the Model’s implications and efficacy
A critical exploration of destructive leadership traits and how the Virtue Model offers a constructive response
Interactive dialogue on building flourishing, ethical communities, including refining a code of ethics based on the model.
