Join The Civic Circle for Voices of Hope: Inspiring Democracy, a winter civic celebration featuring remarks by Montgomery County Council Vice President Kate Stewart. The event takes place on Sunday, December 8 from 4 p.m. to 6 pm. in downtown Silver Spring, and we’ll have delicious refreshments and civic arts activities for all ages. We’ll also have uplifting music by entertainers Lilo Gonzalez and Munit Mesfin. Do your part to support democracy and youth civic engagement! Tickets HERE.
